The synthesis of N-tertbutyloxycarbonyl -D-aspartic acid-β-benzylester

摘要 从D-天冬氨酸出发,经两步合成目标产物N-叔丁氧羰基-D-天冬氨酸-β-苄酯,总收率达到55%,是文献报道的4倍,结构经ESI-MS、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR等表征. The synthesis of N-tertbutyloxycarbonyl -D-aspartic acid-β-benzylester was reported in this paper. Starting from D-aspartic acid, the yield is higher than the result reported in the literature and the structure is identified by ESI-MS ,IR, 1HNMR and 13CNMR.
