摘要
超链接使用的不当会涉及到侵犯被链接者知识产权的问题。对电子资源利用中超链接侵权问题进行分析,并提出了相应的措施。
The improper use of the hypertext link would involve the problem of infringing the intellectual property right of the linkers. This paper analyzes on the problems of the tort of the hypertext link in utilizing the electronic resources, and advances some corresponding measures.
