摘要
在对山西省内外的科研院所专利情况进行统计分析和比较的基础上,指出山西省科研院所专利量少并且结构不合理,提出了增加山西省专利申请量应采取的措施。
Based on the statistical analysis on and comparison of the patent situation of the scientific research institutions inside and outside Shanxi Province, this paper points out that the patents＇ quantity of the scientific research institutions in Shanxi Province is small and the patents＇ structure is irrational, and advances some measures for increasing the quantity of application of the patents.
