面对世界范围内石油价格飞涨,能源供应日趋紧张的现状,从解决“三农”问题、加强环境保护和保障能源安全等方面,阐述了发展生物能源的现实意义和长远价值。
Facing the present situation of the rapid rise in the gasoline price in the world and increasingly serious shortage of the energy supply, this paper expounds the actual significance and long-term value of developing the biological energy from aspects of solving the problems concerning the agriculture, strengthening the environmental protection, and guaranteeing the energy security, etc.
