摘要
介绍了我国海运开放状况,对我国海运开放相关政策及法律制度进行了评价,在分析了美国海运政策法律的基础上,提出了我国海运服务开放政策的改进意见。
This paper introduces the opening situation of Chinese maritime transportation, evaluates the policies, laws and systems related to the opening of Chinese maritime transportation, and based on analyzing the policies and laws of American maritime transportation, advances some suggestions on improving the opening polices of Chinese maritime transportation services.
