读者服务工作是高校图书馆的中心工作。从加强服务意识,提高服务质量,建设一支高素质的馆员队伍等方面论述了高校图书馆的读者服务工作。
The readers＇ service work is the central work of university library. This paper expounds the readers＇ service work of university library from aspects of strengthening the service consciousness, improving the service quality and constructing a high quality team of librarians.
