摘要
为了寻求强化过渡流下液体传热的适宜扰流子长度,在Re=2300~10000范围内,对粘度为1.23mPa.s的柴油进行了模拟工业实验,分别得出扰流子长度为0,1.0,17.5,3.0m时的f-Re及Nu-Re关联式,并对各种长度扰流子强化传热性能进行了评价。与工业应用现场标定结果对比证实了上述关联式的可靠性,说明选择适宜的扰流子长度,可获较大的管内对流传热系数而耗能较少。
In order to find a suitable length of heat transfer-turbulator during the flowing transition of Re=2 300~10 000,industrial simulation experiments of heat transfer of disel oil with viscousity 1.23 mPa.s have been finisthed. Then the correlations of f~Re amd Nu~Re with the different turbulator lengths such as 0.0, 1.0, 1.75 and 3.0 metres are determined to evaluate the heat transfer enhancement of them. The compared results with the industrial operating data show a good indentification and a suitable length turbulator to increase the transfer coefficient and reduce the consumption of heat energy.
