摘要
从国内原油产出状况、炼油厂大型化、大型油罐单位罐容耗钢量及投资等方面论证了油罐大型化的必要性。指出大型油罐具有投资少、占地面积小、呼吸损耗小、能耗低和便于操作管理等优点。对开发大型油罐提出了若干建议。
From the aspects of domestic crude production, trend of developing large-capacity refinery and both steel consumption and investment cost per unit volume of large-size tank etc. the necessities of developing large-size oil tanks were expounded. It was pointed out that large-size tanks have the advantages of lower investment cost and energy consumption, less floor area and breathing loss, easiness in operation and management, etc. Proposals for developing large-size oil tanks were put forward.
