摘要
选用体重约3 0kg的杜×长×大三元杂生长猪9 6头,随机分成4个处理组,每组6个重复,每重复4头,公母比为1∶1。A组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮,B、C、D组为试验组(分别以2 5 0、5 0 0、750 U植酸酶/kg饲粮取代基础饲粮中的40%、60%、80%磷酸氢钙),以研究玉米豆粕型饲粮中添加植酸酶对生长猪生长性能和血液生化指标的影响。42 d的饲养试验结果表明:与对照组相比,B、C、D组的日增重分别提高了1.05%(P>0.05)、4.09%(P<0.05)、2.64%(P>0.05);饲料/增重比分别较对照组降低了2.18%、2.62%、1.75%;生长增重的饲料成本分别是对照组的97.38%、97.03%和97.73%;血清中钙含量分别提高了4.22%、4.22%、8.12%(P<0.05);血清中磷含量分别提高了1.46%、0.36%、14.23%(P<0.05),其他生化指标组间无明显差异。
Ninety-six Duroc X Landrace X Yorkshive growing pigs about 30 kg weight were randomly divided into 4 groups and fed corn-soybean diets. Each group included 6 repeats and each repeat had four pigs. Group A was control, group B, C or D vere the test groups. The control diet was supplemented with 1.4% dicalcium phosphate. The diets of group B ,C or D were the control diets in which the dicalcium phosphate of 40%, 60% or 80% was replaced with 9.50, 500 or 750 U/kg phytase respectively to study the effect of supplementation with phytase in corn-soybean meal diets on growth performance and some serum some biochemical parameters of growing pigs. The results of 42 day feeding trial showed that the average daily gain of group B, C, D increased by 1, 05% (P〉0.05), 4.09 % (P〈0.05) or 2. 64% (P〉0.05) respectively compared with group A; feed conversion ratio (F : G) decreased by 2.18%, 2.62%, 1.75% respectively. Costs for body weight gain in group B, C, D were 97.38%, 97.03% or 97.73% of that in control respectively. Calcium in serum increased by 4.22% (P〉0.05), 4.22% (P〉0.05), 8.12% (P〈0. 05) respectively and the phosphorus of serum improved by 1.46% (P〉0.05), 0.36% (P〉0.05), 14.23% (P〈0.05) respectively compared with group A. There are no differences in other serum biochemical parameters among treatments.
