摘要
分析汽轮发电机组常见故障的特征和表现形式,介绍一种汽轮机与发电机联合的状态监测与故障诊断安全保护系统。该“系统”全面监测机组轴系的弯曲振动和扭转振动、发电机定子绕组和铁心的温度、发电机风道的温度和湿度、绝缘放电以及发电机运行的各种工况参数,具有状态报告、事故报警、振动分析、趋势预测、数据管理和故障诊断等功能。该“系统”的安装和使用可以提高设备运行的安全性、稳定性和经济性,有利于延长机组的运行周期,缩短维修时间。
The characteristics of the common faults of turbogenerator sets are analyzed and a newly developed condition monitoring and fault diagnostic system is presented. The system is able to monitor and analyze the condition of the steam turbine and generator and has functions of status report, alarming, vibration analysis, trend prediction, data management, fault diagnosis, etc. It is an important facility for increasing safety, stability and efficiency of a turbogenerator set. Its application can prolong the operating cycle, shorten the maintenance period and promote the transition from preventive and scheduled maintenance to predictive maintenance.
