摘要
本文用极谱氧电极法检测磷脂复合保健食品对九月龄ＳＤ大鼠血红细胞ＳＯＤ活性的影响。实验结果表明：用磷脂复合保健食品不同剂量喂养４０天后，血红细胞ＳＯＤ活性显著或极显著增加，其中高剂量组ＳＯＤ活力极显著增加．且血红细胞数也显著增加．说明磷脂复合保健食品有清除超氧自由基、抗氧化、延缓衰老的作用。
This report is about the effects of phosphatide compound food on SOD activity of hemocytes,which was determined by polarographic oxygen electrode. The animal experiment showed that the SOD activity of hemocytes increased significantly after 40-day-feeding of phosphatide compound food. In the high dosage group, the SOD activity and the number of hemocytes increased significantly,with p<0. 01 and 0. 05<p<0. 1 respectively. These results indicated that phosphatide compound food could remove free radicals,thus showing the anti-oxidation and antisenile effects.
