摘要
本文应用光声光谱方法研究了钢铁表面的磷化过程．根据在不同配方下，磷化不同时间后钢铁表面生成的磷化膜的先声光谱，分析了磷化膜形成过程中的结构变化．表明光声光谱技术是研究表面现象的一种非常有用的工具。
In this paper,the phosphatizing course of steel surface is studied by means of Photoacoustic Spectroscopy(PAS). The results show that PAS is an efficient means for surface analysis.
