摘要
鉴于抽油杆杆头螺纹段常产生疲劳破坏,用James-Anderson方法研究了有预紧力的螺纹段存在表面裂纹缺陷时的应力强度因子,重点讨论了预紧力的影响,采用了预紧力分别为54,44,34kN的1.59cm抽油杆螺纹段试件,用降载勾线技术,动态监测信号,成功地解决了在试件断口上疲劳裂纹扩展过程的留印问题,取得了可靠的大量试验数据,经过数据处理和分析,得到了3种预紧力时的应力强度因子表达式,提出了44kN为1.59cm抽油杆的最佳预紧力。
Considering serious fatigue failure often occur on screwed sucker rods,the present study concerns the stress intensity factor when fracture appears on the screwed sucker rod.The focus point of this study is the effect of prestress.The prestress on 1. 59 cm screwed sucker reds in 54, 44,34 kN is studied respectively. With reduce load vector technology and dynamic monitor signal, the problem of crack mark on fracture surfare during the crack fatigue was solved successfully,a number of ample, reliable experimential data were obtained. Through data process and analysis,the expression of the stress intensity factor at these prestrsses was obtained,and the condusion was drawn that the force of 44 kN is optimum for 1.59 cm sucker rod.
