摘要
在Ｆｅｙｎｍａｎ关于电磁场的教科书中．他给出了关于沿任意路径运动的电荷ｑ形成的电磁场公式．但它没有充足的论述．我们通过Ｍａｘｗｅｌｌ方为推导这一公式，这一推导基本上依赖于δ函数的性质．
In Feynman's lectures on the elevtromagnetiv field,gives a remarkable fomula for the electric and magnetic fields of a charge q moving a long an arbitrary trajectory.But it does not go far enough.Today we to derive this formula from Maxwell's equations. The derivation essentially depend on some of the properties of the delta function.
