摘要
对130例呼吸系疾病患者采用全肺灌洗(WLL)治疗,28例患者在术中、术后分别出现低氧血症、液气胸等并发症,发生率为21％。笔者认为只要在术前严格掌握手术适应症,在术中密切监护,术后详细观察,做到及时发现正确处理,都可以使患者症状缓解。
We performed unilateral massive whole-lung lavage (WLL) in 130 patients with pneu-moconiosis and other respiratory diseases,and 28 cases of them (21%) have had various complications, such as serious hypoxemia, which maybe occured during or after the operation. But these patients with different complications have favourable prognoses by effective treatment. The writer considers that the WLL is a safe operation so long as we must choose patients for WLL strictly before operation,supervise and manage for the patients carefully during operation and appropriately effective measures have been taken to treatment the different complications of the WLL patients after operation.
