摘要
目的：观察散瘀化浊汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法：依病情轻重程度随机分为两组。治疗组口服散瘀化浊汤150ml，日2次。对照组口服易善力胶囊2粒，日3次。结果：治疗组在改善肝影像学、血脂、临床症状及体征方面均优于对照组（P〈0．05～0．01）。结论：散瘀化浊汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝效果满意。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effects of Sanyu Huazhuo Decoction in treating non-alcohotic fatty liver. Method： patients were randomly divided into the treated group and the controlled group according to the seriousness of disease. The treated group took oraly 150 ml of Sanyu Huazhuo Deooction, 2 times a day; while the controlled group took oraly 2 pills of Yishanli capsule, 2 times a day. Result： The treated group was superior to the controlled group in improving hepa blood-lipid, clinical symptom and signs （P〈0.05-0.01）. Conclusion： Sanyu Huazhuo Decoction has a statisfactory therapeutic effectiveness in treating non-alcoholic fatty liver.
