摘要 目的:探讨实时三维超声对早期乳腺癌浸润范围的准确显示。方法:回顾性分析9例早期乳腺癌的二维、实时三维超声测量值,以及肿瘤形态特征。结果:实时三维超声检查测量值大于常规三维超声检查测量值,实时三维超声检查对肿瘤边缘形态显示优于常规二维超声检查。结论:实时三维超声检查能够清晰显示早期乳腺癌肿块的立体形态和空间关系,所以在界定肿瘤范围方面更加接近实际情况,为临床工作可提供更为可靠的形态学依据。 Objective:To evaluate the accuracy of real time 3D ultrasonography in displaying the infiltrating extents of early breast cancer. Methods: In 9 cases of early breast cancer, the values of 2D and real time 3D ultrasould and the morphologic characteristics of tumor were retrospectively analyzed. Results:The measure value of real time 3D ultrasound was more than that of 2D ultrasound. The display of edge of tumor with real time 3D ultrasound was superior to that with routine 2D one. Conclusion: Real time 3D ultrosould can clearly display the relation of 3D appearence with spatial configuration in early breast cancer. Its image of extents of tumor is actually similar. It provides reliable morphologic evidence for clinical research.
