摘要
人力资本是由投资于人力而形成的,投资主体包括个人、企业、政府和社会团体,投资存在着风险。为了避免投资风险,文章就个人的人力资本投资决策行为,在三种不同的情况下,采用了三个不同分析模型,进行了的分析,并对结果应用做了评述。
Human capital is formed by investment to human. The investment main body includes individual enterprise government and social party. Investment has risk. For avoiding risk. the paper has put forward decision-making for the individual human capital investment to use three different model in three different situations .so that the results could be better.
