摘要
分析确定了椭圆形磨辊参数的优化设计方法,根据实际应用条件可确定椭圆辊的形状。应用辊压磨的相关理论分析了椭圆形差速辊挤压粉碎的机理及其实现途径,分析了采用椭圆形磨辊实现差速挤压破碎的优缺点及实用性。
The paper analyses and determines the approach for optimizing the design to the parameters of the elliptical roller of the mill, and also determines the shape of the elliptical roller according to the practical application condition. In addition, it analy- ses the mechanism of the squeeze grinding with the different velocity elliptical roller and the realization approach by the theory about the roller mill, and analyses the advantage, disadvantage and practicability of different velocity squeeze grinding by applying the elliptical roller.
