摘要
利用简单仪器,在相同温度下,分别对PE100和PE80试样施加相同的压缩应力,使试样在短时间内产生明显变形,并在此基础上改变试验温度,从而确定最佳试验温度和时间以及分界压缩变形率,最终找到一种快速区分PE100和PE80管材的方法。
By use of simple instrument, and at the same temperature, to respectively apply the same compression stress on the samples of PE100 and PE80 pipes, and then the samples will deform obviously in short time. On the basis, to change the test temperature, hence to confirm the optimum test temperature and time, and the division compression deformation rate. Finally, it found a kind of method to fast differentiate the PE100 and PE80 pipes.
