摘要
为有效预防和控制农村家宴造成的群体性食物中毒和食源性传染病的发生,洪雅县从2002年开始在全县推行农村家宴管理。利用行政管理措施,采取申报登记、检查指导等卫生干预手段有效地预防和控制了农村家宴卫生安全事件的发生并取得了一定的成效。对推行农村家宴管理中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了对农村家宴的深化管理、制度建设、利用农村家宴管理推动农村健康教育等的思路。洪雅县的实践经验对农村家宴管理工作提供了借鉴。
For the purpose of effectively preventing and controlling the grouped food poisonings and foodborne contagious diseases that occur during the rural familial banquets, Hongya county started a project of administrative management of familial banquets in the whole county, using some means such as effective chain of command, register of the familial banquets and supervision of the familial banquets in the aspect of sanitation, These measures worked effectively in preventing and controlling the accidents of grouped food poisoning. Based on the problems found during the implementation of the project, some ideas is brough forward about managing the familial banquet reasonably by constructing a new administrative system and boosting the health education by making use of the administrative management system, These effective practising experience should be useful to the management of rural familial banquets in other counties.
