摘要
如何公正客观地评价研发人员以激励他们的创造性是各个机构的一项重要任务。而由于评价过程中要考虑很多因素,并且通常会有很多不同层次的评价者给以评价,往往使评价问题过于复杂,很难建立起精确而简洁的数学模型进行评价工作。针对此问题,利用综合评判方法建立了同一研发团队的研发人员的评价模型和同一企业不同研发团队的研发人员的评价模型。
It is important for every organization to evaluate its researching staff justly which can make them spirit up. But it is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model of evaluation because of related factors make this issue quite complicated. To solve the problem, this paper develops two evaluation models, one is for researching staff in one team, and the other is for different teams in one enterprise.
