摘要
目的:观察中药结合全身热疗对恶性肿瘤的治疗效果,以及ET-SPACETM-I全身热疗系统的安全性。方法:对54例肺癌病人进行中药结合全身热疗治疗,选择54例相同肿瘤类型的肺癌单纯热疗患者作为对照组。结果:中药结合全身热疗组在卡氏评分、疼痛缓解和病灶变化方面的疗效优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:全身热疗联合中药治疗恶性肿瘤的疗效优于单纯热疗,ET-SPACETM-I是一种安全、副反应较低的全身热疗系统。
Objective： To observe the effect of whole body Hyperthermia （WBH） with Chinese herb in the treatment of lung malignant tumor,as well as the safety of ET-SPACE^TM-I WBH system.Methods： The 54 Patients with malignant tumor were applied WBH with Chinese herb,while the control group with the 54 patients and same spectrum of tumors were treated with WBH alone, Results： As to the indexes of Karnofsky score, pain relief and tumor size change,the WBH with Chinese herb group is better than the control group,P 〈 0.05,Conclusion： The whole Body Hyperthermic chemotherapy with Chinese herb is more effective than WBH alone in treating malignant tumors,ET-SPACE^TM-I is a safe WBH appliance with relatively lower side effects,
