福建师范大学部分高水平运动员身体成分的研究 被引量:11

Study on Human Body's Composition of Some High-level Athletes in Fujian Normal University

摘要 通过对正在备战省大运会的福建师范大学体育科学学院2005级运动训练专业的高水平运动员(二级以上运动技术等级)的测试,结果表明2005级高水平运动员的一些身体成分指标优于2005级其他体育专业生,显示出高水平运动员体成分应有的特征,但同时也反映出一些值得关注的肌肉训练与营养等问题。 A survey has been conducted among some high-level athletes of the 2005 enrolment majoring in Sports Training from College of Physical Education and Sports Science in Fujian Normal University. The survey shows that these students are superior to those of other majors and the same enrolment as well in terms of some index of the body's composition. On the basis of the study, the traits of body's composition high-level athletes ought to possess are indicated. Meanwhile, it is also expected to arouse a general concern about some problems relevant to muscle training and nutrition.
