摘要
二十多年来,两岸经贸交流获得了长足发展,推进了两岸经济的一体化,促进了两岸不同属性经济空间的交接、重组和整合,使海峡经济区日益显现出来。然而,由于台湾推行限制性两岸经贸政策,迟滞和延宕了两岸经贸交流的时空演进,从而使海峡经济区存在诸如“信道阻塞、”“网络结构单一”、“偏在”等问题。但“障碍”是一时的,在全球化和区域化洪流的推进下,在市场经济规律的主导下,两岸经贸交流的深化发展、海峡经济区的发育完善是历史的必然。
During the past twenty years, the economy and trade between the two sides have been developed a lot and accelerated the economical integration so as to promote the transition, reconstruction and conformity of two modes of economy. However, the two-side exchange had been slowed and blocked because of restricted economic policy proposed by Taiwan government, so that some problems, such as information obstruction, singular net construction, etc had appeared. The obstruction is temporary while the further development of the two sides economy is going with the tide of historical development under market principle by globalization and territorialization.
