摘要
市场是一种把买卖双方联系起来并相互作用的机制。我国不仅存在教育市场还存在教育市场分割。中国教育市场分割的标准是行政区划,分割的特点是“内紧外松”,分割的手段是限制供求双方的相互作用和商品的自由流通。教育市场分割造成了教育活动效率低下、扩大了教育不公平,不利于教育的良性发展,为此,必须打破教育市场分割。打破教育市场分割是可能的,但其间也存在艰难的价值选择问题。
Market is a system which links the supplier and the demander together to transact with each other, but separated market will weaken its function of allocating rare resources efficiently. Nowadays, there is a kind of educational market in china, and the segregation of education market as well. The educational market is administratively divided, and the transactions of the supplier and demander are much freer exterior than interior, so is the circulation of educational commodity. The divided educational market leads to inefficiency and inequity in education, and obstructs the good development of education. It's possible to break segregation of educational market, but it's also difficult to make a value choice of it.
