摘要
[背景]观察经口鼻内镜辅助腺样体刮除术的疗效．[病例报告]给158例腺样体肥大患者行经口鼻内镜辅助腺样体刮除术，随访1～6个月，所有患者鼻塞、睡眠打鼾及张口呼吸等症状均消失，未见复发，未发生严重并发症．[讨论]经口鼻内镜辅助腺样体刮除术可彻底切除腺样体组织，复发率低，不损伤鼻咽部周边结构，少见并发症．
BACKGROUND To explore the advantage of transoral endoscopic-assisted adenoidectomy CASE REPORTS 158 cases of adenoids were treated by transoral endoscopic-assisted adenoidectomy. All cases were following up 1-6 months, and nasal obstruction, snoring and breathing with oral were disappeared, and there was no recurrence and no obvious complication. DISCUSSION Transoral endoscopic-assisted adenoidectomy is the better approach in the management of adenoid hypertrophy, and that have the many advantages, thorough curetting adenoid, no recurrence and no complication so on
