摘要
[目的]建立测定咳特灵胶囊中马来酸氯苯那敏含量的方法．[方法]采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为反相C18色谱柱（250．0mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇1g/L庚烷磺酸钠溶液（60：40），流速为0．8mL／min，柱温为30℃，检测波长为262nm．[结果]马来酸氯苯那敏的进样量在0．2544～1．7808μg范围内时与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999），平均加样回收率为99．7％，RSD为2.0％．[结论]RP—HPLC法测定咳特灵胶囊中马来酸氯苯那敏的含量方法简便、结果准确并重现性好，可用于咳特灵胶囊的质量控制．
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for assaying of chlorphenamine maleate in Keteling capsules METHODS The column was diamonsil^TM C18（250.0 mm × 4.6 mm,5μm）, and column temperature was 30 ℃ , and the detection wavelength was at 262 nm and 0.8 mL/min of flow rate, and methanol-sodium heptanesul- fonate（60：40） was as a mobile phase. RESULTS The linear range was 0. 254 4--1. 780 8 μg, the average recov- eries of chlorphenamine maleate were 99.7% , RSD was 2.0% （ r = 0.999 9）. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and that can be used on the quality control of Keteling capsules.
