聚丙烯/蒙脱土纳米复合材料在低频振动场的性能 被引量:3

Effect of Low Frequency Vibration on Property of PP/MMT Blends

摘要 以聚丙烯/蒙脱土纳米复合材料为研究对象,利用自行研制的低频振动注射实验装置,实现振动注射成型和常规注射成型。研究了振动参数对注塑试样的拉伸强度,冲击强度的影响,并对试样进行SEM,W AXD测试。结果表明,在特定的振动工艺条件下,拉伸强度和冲击强度都得到了提高,拉伸强度的最大增幅为17%,冲击强度的最大增幅达到177%。 We use a vibration injection molding equipment to put a low frequency vibration on the PP/MMT melt while injecting. Then the impact strength and tensile strength asa function of vibration pressure amplitude were measured in impact and tensile tests respectively. As the vibration pressure amplitude increases, the impact strength and the tensile strength of the samples increase simultaneous. The structure of the samples were investigated by SEM, WAXD. After that, we can draw a conclusion that a much better mechanical property can be achieved by vibration injection molding. Compared to normal injection molding, the tensile strength and impact strength of the samples molded by vibration injection molding were improved by 17% and 177% respectively.
