摘要
探讨了浸取反应温度,浸取剂初始浓度,矿石粒度及搅拌强度对浸取速率的影响,并进行了浸取动力学分析。结果显示,其浸取过程可用收缩未反应芯模型表达,属内扩散控制。求出了表观活化能,导出了动力学方程,为高效、低耗合理地开采南方重稀土矿提供了科学的途径和理论依据。
The kinetic analyse leaching a south China heavier rare earth ore was cached out. The effects of temperature,concentration of reagents, ore granule size and agitation rare on the leaching rate were discussed. Results showed that the leaching process could be demonstrated with the shrinking core Model.The leaching rate could be controlled by the diffusion rate Of reacting reagents in a porous solid layer. An empirical equation for the leaching kinetics was established,which provided a theoretical basis for leaching south China heavier rare earth ore with high efficiency and low consumption.
