变压器故障高频放电信号采集与存储

摘要 大型电力变压器是电力系统中的重要设备,其可靠性直接影响电网的安全运行,近年来变压器的状态检修技术已成为研究和市场的热点,变压器局部放监测及其信号的存储是实现变压器状态检修的重要组成部分。本文重点阐述了以混频技术为核心,以Advantech公司的高速数据采集卡PCI-1714和加固机ACP-4001为工具的有关电力变压器局部放电超高频电信号的处理、采集及其信号存储的技术研究,可为电站实现变压器状态检修与维护提供可靠、准确的决策依据和符合市场经济规律的现代管理和维修的科学模式。 Large power transformer is one of the most important equipments in power system, and it's reliability is the key factor to the power-net running. It is the hotspot of research and market to develop its partial discharge(PD) monitoring system based on condition-maintain, in which data high-speed acquiring and recording is one of important components. Based on frequency mixing technique and with the help of DAQ module PCI-1714 from Advantech Crop,some advanced researches have been developed on UHF PD monitoring, signal processing, high-speed data acquiring and recording etc ,which can give some credible and practicable advises to plants for the purpose of transformer condition-maintain and management.
