The scientific computing software,introduced by mathwork Co.U.S.A, is characterized by high accurateand speed in running.Itstoolbox forthe control sys- tem analysisand design has a complete function and rich contents.The design method of reprogramming with MATLAB was given under Windows and the relevant re- search results of its application to CAI.
