摘要
采用外括约肌皮下部双侧切断术治疗肛裂153例，其中后正中位124例，前正中位13例，前后并发16例。153例全部治愈，治愈率100％。结果表明，该术式操作简便，创伤小，痛苦轻，疗程短，无后遗症。
Subcutaneous bilateral incision of external sphincter was adopted for treating anal fissure in 153 cases,among whom in 124 were at posterior median-position,in 13 were at anterior median-position,in 16 were at both anterior and posterior position concurrently. All the patients were cured, curative rate was 100%0 ,thus the procedure was proved to be simple in operation,much less suffering,minor trauma,shorter treatment course, and no sequela.
