摘要
根据肛裂的具体情况，采用不同的手术方法治疗Ⅱ，Ⅲ期肛裂107例，7d内痊愈率88．8％o，10d内痊愈率9．4％o，15d内痊愈率1．9％。结果表明，根据肛裂的具体情况，选用不同的手术方法，可达最佳效果。
According to concrete conditions of anal fissure,the 107 patients with Ⅱ, Ⅲ stage of anal fissure were to 9. cond subjected to various operation procedure. Within 7 days, the curative rate was 88.8% ;within 10 days, 4% ;within 15 itions of anal f days, to 1.9 %. These results show that selecting specific procedure according to various issure could receive optimum results.
