摘要
对以往诊断学的教学内容进行改革，将肛门直肠、男女生殖器检查列入检查诊断常规教学内容，并利用多种教学模型，结合多媒体教学影片，加强医学生技能训练，取得了良好效果。
We reformed the former teaching content of diagnostics by integrating into routine teaching contents the skills in anus, rectum and genitalia （male and female） examination with the aid of varied teaching models and multimedia films to strengthen medical students＇ skill training. Satisfactory results were achieved.
