粗骨料表面裹粉对碾压混凝土性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 龙滩水电工程使用的粗骨料为石灰岩碎石,在运送过程中骨料表面容易产生裹粉现象。通过对粗骨料抗磨耗性能、物理性能及裹粉性能进行研究,使用不同裹粉含量的粗骨料拌制碾压混凝土,分析了粗骨料表面裹粉对碾压混凝土力学性能、耐久性能的影响。结果表明:粗骨料抗磨耗能力略差,粗骨料表面裹粉对碾压混凝土的抗压强度、极限拉伸值及引气剂的引气效果影响较小,对碾压混凝土抗渗、抗冻性能影响不大。 The aggregate used for the Longtan Hydropower Project is crushed from limestone,and the surface of aggregate presents the coated-powder phenomenon easily in the course of transportation. The study content includes the abrasion resistance performances of the aggregate and the characteristics of powder, and the effects of the coarse aggregate coated by powder on the mechanic performance, anti-permeability and frost-resistance capability of concrete by using the blended aggregate of RCC with different powder content. The result shows that the abrasion resistance capability of the aggregate is a little degradation, and that the coarse aggregate coated by powder has a little effects on the mechanic properties of RCC, such as the compressive strength and limiting tensile stress, and on the entrained result of the air-entraining, the anti-permeability and frost-resistance capability of RCC.
