摘要
恶劣气象条件引发的高速公路交通事故,往往比其它原因引发的高速公路交通事故要严重的多。防治恶劣天气对高速公路安全运营的影响,涉及到高速公路管理部门、交警和气象部门,所以应当按照“部门之间协调配合,互为补充”的原则,积极探索高速公路安全运营应对恶劣气象条件的防治措施和途径。
The traffic accidents caused by bad meteorological condition are more serious than those induced by other reasons. The influence of preventing bad weather on safe operation of expressway is relative to the department of expressway administration and traffic and meteorology, so it should follow the principle that these departments should cooperate and supplement mutually and they should positively explore how to prevent the bad meteorological condition from influence the operation of expressway.
