Studying Dynamic Model of Wheel Loader Based on ADAMS

摘要 采用虚拟样机设计技术建立装载机模型,考虑到轮胎与工作机构的相互影响,对装载机的上坡过程进行纵向稳定性分析,模拟不同的坡度下装载机的上坡能力,得出最大坡度时装载机可能出现的运动现象,并对此做出了分析,结果表明与物理样机实测情况基本一致。 Presents a method of simulating the longitudinal stability analysis of wheel loader When the problem has been a major problem in the field of simulations . The model was built using muhibody dynamics software ADAMS. In this model, considered the tire model in detail, and the some complicated driving system mechanism was included. The longitudinal stability analysis is simulated and studiedo Through a road model with sloped is built in the simulation of traffic ability.
