摘要
采用电沉积-热解法在1Cr18Ni9Ti合金表面沉积氧化铈陶瓷薄膜,经过900℃下100 h的高温氧化实验及金相分析发现,氧化铈薄膜可显著降低合金的氧化增重和氧化膜剥落量,促进试样表面形成致密均匀的氧化膜,大大提高了合金的抗高温氧化性能,电沉积参数为25 V,60 s时,沉积的薄膜抗高温氧化性能略佳。
Thin Ce2O3 film deposition was applied to 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel. The effects of this treatment on the selective oxidation behaviour at 900 ℃ for 100 h have been studied. The experimental results and metallographic analysis show that thin Ce2O3 film significantly reduces the mass gain and spallation of the oxide scales and promotes the formation of a Uniform and dense oxide scales, thus improves the high-temperature oxidation resistance of the stainless steel greatly. The effect of film deposited under 25 V and 60 s is a little better.
