建立混凝土强度回弹测强曲线的逆回归三参数方法 被引量:3

摘要 基于对回弹法检测混凝土强度被检测量,结合逆回归理论提出了一种逆回归三参数回弹法测强曲线模型(经验公式),将随机性较大的混凝土回弹值作为因变量,随机性较小的抗压强度值作为自变量,并且增加了一个位置参数,更加符合工程的实际情况。试验数据表明,本文提出的经验公式比传统的直线式和幂函数式经验公式的线性相关系数更高,且平均相对误差和相对标准差都低。适用于建筑结构混凝土强度健康诊治的检测中,还可以应用到诸如压力容器、汽轮发动机无损检测等其他领域中。 By deep analyzing the tested value of the concrete strength with the rebound method and combining the inverse regression theory, a rebound strength curve (empirical formula) of three-parameter inverse regressi on is put forward. In the curve (empirical formula), the concrete rebound value with wide randomness is a dependent variable, while the compressive strength value with narrow randomness is an independent variable, and a location parameter is added, so it is more suitable for engineering practice. It is shown by analyzing large test data that the empirical formula presented in the paper has higher linearly dependent coefficient, lower average relative error and relative standard deviation compared with the traditional empirical formula of orthoscopic and power function. Moreover, the method in the paper is suitable not only for the test of health diagnosis of structure concrete strength, but also for the other nondestructive test fields such as pressure container, automobile engine etc.
