摘要
目的:观察养肝祛脂汤对脂肪肝患者ALT及TG的影响及临床疗效。方法:选择脂肪肝患者64例,随机分为两组。治疗组32例,养肝祛脂汤,1剂/d,水煎两次早晚分服。对照组32例,护肝片,4片/次,3次/d,口服;维生素E胶囊,50mg/次,3次/d,口服。观察治疗90d后两组病例ALT、TG及临床疗效的变化。结果:治疗90d后治疗组患者异常的ALT及TG较治疗前明显下降,治疗组有效率91%,与对照组的有效率75%比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:养肝祛脂汤能显著改善脂肪肝患者的肝脏功能,降低异常的ALT及TG水平,改善临床症状,是治疗脂肪肝较为有效的方剂。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Yangganquzhi decoction on ALT and TG in hepar adiposum patients. Methods. 64 cases of patients were divide treatment group with Yangganquzhi decoction and control group with protective hepar tablets and vitamin E capsules. The change of ALT and TG was observed after treated 3 months. Results： ALT and TG in treatment group signif- icant descend. Effective power of treatment group was 91%. Effective power of control group was 75%. Conclusion： Yangganquzhi decoction has the function of Hepatic function, degrades abnormal TG, improves clinical symptom.
