摘要
目的:通过蛋白质凝胶电泳技术,寻找大鼠循经部位与非循经部位蛋白质条带的差异,证实循经部位是否存在特异蛋白。方法:在大鼠足阳明胃经循经部位与非循经部位选取皮下结缔组织,提取蛋白质制备电泳样品,进行聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,观察二者蛋白电泳条带差异。结果:在电泳图谱中可观察到大鼠循经部位存在特异蛋白电泳条带(非循经部位不存在)。结论:初步证明大鼠足阳明胃经循经部位存在特异蛋白质。
Objective: By protein gel electrophoresis, to ,seek the differences between the meridian course and the non- meridian part in rat, to confirm whether there is any special protein in the meridian course. Method: choose the endermie connective tissues in Stomach meridian of Foot Yangming and non - meridian part in rat, extract protein to prepare the sample for polyaerylamide gel elec- trophoresis (PAGE), and observe the differences of the protein electrophoresis bands between the meridian course and the non - meridian part. Result: Special protein eleetrophoresis bands were observed in the eleetrophoresis gram. (but none was observed in the non-meridian part. ) Conclusion: The presence of special protein was preliminarily proved in the Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangming along the meridian course.
