摘要
我国大多数中小企业由于资金数量的限制,难以达到规模效率的要求,同时,中小企业还面临着内源融资短缺和外部融资难的问题。解决中小企业融资问题需要从强化内源融资、税收优惠、财政补贴、建立中小企业融资担保体系和提高中小企业自身素质等几个方面做出努力。
Since the majority of medium and small-sized enterprises are subject to the restriction of fund amount, and hard to reach the requirement of scale efficiency; meanwhile, medium and small-sized enterprises are confronted with the shortage of internal financing and the difficulty of external financing, we need to make efforts to solve the financing difficulty from several aspects, including strengthening internal financing, tax preference and financial subsidy, building up financing guarantee system for medium and small-sized enterprises, improving the quality of these enterprises, and so on.
