摘要
分析高等医学教育的概况与面临的挑战,结合医学教育的特点和国际医学教育的标准,从战略层面规划发展,提出高等医学教育的办学思路和发展方略,即①按照医学教育发展规律及本校的实际情况,制定切实可行的发展战略。②突出学术为本,重视医学教育特点。③对医学教育的投入要适度倾斜。④理顺医学教育管理体制,完善运行机制。⑤医学教育要国际化。⑥完善终生教育体系。⑦建立多样化医学层次,处理好扩大规模与保证质量的关系。⑧加强学生的素质教育和教师的师德教育。⑨重视教师队伍的培养。
General situations of higher medical education and challenges it is faced with are analyzed in this paper. School-running thoughts and strategies for further development are put forward in the following by combining characteristics of medical education and criteria of international medical education. 1. Sound and reasonable strategies should be made out according to the development law of medical education and real situation of the school. 2. Features of medical education should be stressed by taking academic learning as the root. 3. Investment on medical education should be considered with ical education should be further regulated for smooth The system of lifelong education needs perfecting. 7. proper inclination. 4. Management system concerning medoperation. 5. Medical education needs internationalizing. 6. Diversified medical layers should be built to cope with the relationship between scale expansion and quality guarantee. 8. Education of students＇ qualities and teachers＇ moralities should be strengthened. 9. Importance should be attached to training of teaching staff.
