摘要
以2个厚皮甜瓜和1个薄皮甜瓜品种为材料,研究了摘心时期和留蔓数对苗期叶面积扩展和功能叶寿命的影响.结果表明,厚皮甜瓜苗期叶面积发育快于薄皮甜瓜,早熟厚皮甜瓜品种的叶面积发育快于中晚熟品种;甜瓜真叶净光合速率显著大于子叶,厚皮甜瓜的子叶光合速率高于薄皮甜瓜;摘心时预留子蔓数越多,甜瓜幼苗期叶面积扩展速度越快,但留蔓数增加会促进主蔓叶片衰老.从叶面积扩展速度和叶片功能寿命看,五叶期是甜瓜幼苗主蔓摘心的最佳时期,适宜留蔓数则因品种而异.
Two Cucurnis rnelo L. varieties （ C. rnelo var. inodorus and C. rnelo var. cantaloupsus ） with thick fruit skin and one Cucurnis rnelo L. variety（C, melo var. makuwa） with thin fruit skin,were used to study the effects of topping time and runner number on leaf-area enlargement and functional-leaf lifespan of Cucumis melo L. at the seedling stage. It was shown that at the seedling stage the leaf areas of the varieties with thick fruit skin increased more quickly than that of the variety with thin fruit skin,and the leaf area of the variety of early maturity with thick fruit skin increased more quickly than that of the variety with thin fruit skin;the net photosynthetic rates of the true leaves were higher than those of the cotyledons in these varieties and the photosynthetic rates of the cotyledons of the varieties with thick fruit skin were higher than that of the variety with thin fruit skin;the more runners they were left with at the topping time,the more quickly the varieties increased their leaf area at the seedling stage, but the increased runner numbers could speed up the aging of the leaves on the main vines. In terms of the leaf enlargement rates and functional leaf lifespan the fifth leaf stage was the optimal time to top the main vines of the seedlings and the runner numbers varied depending on different varieties.
