医源性喉环杓关节半脱位61例诊治分析 被引量：15

摘要 医源性喉环杓关节半脱位（arytenoid subluxation,AS）不多见,常为气管内插管麻醉或鼻胃管插入所致.早期诊断和治疗极为重要,否则可致关节粘连和固定,而有持久声嘶并可能引起医疗纠纷.浙江大学医学院附属第二医院耳鼻咽喉科临床音声学门诊从1993年1月至2004年12月共诊治AS 61例,现报道如下.
