摘要
目的观察敦土抑木汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法将137例确诊为腹泻型肠易激综合症患者随机分为敦土抑木汤治疗组69例,思密达粉剂组、普鲁苯辛片对照组68例,治疗8周后观察腹泻、腹痛、腹胀等症状变化及服药反应,同时复查B超,血、尿、大便常规,大便培养及肝肾功能。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组服中药期间未出现不良反应。结论敦土抑木汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征安全、有效。
AIM： To evaluate the clinical effects of Dun Tu Yi Mu Tang （DTYM） on treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome （D-IBS）. METHODS： 137 cases diagnosed of D-IBS were divided into two groups randomly. 69 eases in treatment group wear treated with DTYM while 68 cases in the control group with Dioctahedral smeetite and Probanthine. The treatment course was eight weeks. The symptoms such as diarrhoea, abdominal pain, and medication reaction, and the B type ultrasond, the routine test of blood, urine and stool, becteriological analyse of stool cultivation and liver function and renal function were observed. RESULTS： The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the contol group （ P 〈 0.05）, no medication reaction occurred in the treatment group. CONCLUSION： DTYM is a safe and effective medicine to treat DIBS
