摘要
为了提高测色仪的稳定性,对光电积分式测色仪的照明系统、探测系统和数据处理系统进行了分析研究,采用0/d(0度照明/垂直接收)的几何条件,中位值平均的滤波算法及数字模拟接地分离接法、屏蔽接线的噪声抑制方法,解决了系统稳定性问题,最终达到了一级品标准。
In order to improve the stability of color measurement instrument, the lighting system, detection system and data processing system of photoelectricity integral colorimeter system are studied. By a- dopting O/d (0 illuminations/vertical receives) geometry condition,the filter algorithm of average centerposition values,the separated digital-simulation earthing, and the shield wiring method which can abate noise,the problem of system stability is solved and the instrument is improved into a first-rate product.
