摘要
综述了离子液体在生物酶催化反应中的应用,包括酯化反应、氨解反应、氧化反应、还原反应、Aldol反应和水解/醇解反应等,在这些反应中,离子液体通常起到了提高酶的活性或稳定性,并提高产物收率和选择性的作用。总结了离子液体中酶催化反应的机理,分析了离子液体提高酶的活性和稳定性的原因,指出了现阶段研究中存在的问题和未来努力的方向。
The latest development of ionic liquids used in biocatalysis is reviewed firstly in the paper, which includes esterifications kinetic resolution reaction of phenols or alchols, ammoniolysis, oxigenation, hydrogenation, aldol and hydrolysis/alcoholysis reactions, in which reactions immobiliazation, activation of enzyme and improvement yield and selectivity are always observed. Then the enzyme-catalyzed machenism in ionic liquids is summarized, the reasons for ionic liquids to be improved in activity and stability of enzyme are presented. At last, the problems in present researches and the further effort orinations are put forword.
