根据摩托车工况排放曲线、过量空气系数λ等,来评价各种催化剂的性能,选择成本增加最少、排放控制效果最合适的催化剂方案。在选定过量空气系数λ的条件下,通过改变催化剂的体积、孔密度、贵金属及涂层的配方,对催化剂性能进行表征,用于催化剂方案的选择。
The most proper way of evaluating the performance, the cost needed, and the emission control effect of different catalysts is to conduct the evalation based on the emission curve, air excess factor A of the motorcycle mode. In case that the air excess factor A is set, through the changing of the catalyst volume, the orifice density and the formula of the noble metal and monolithic catalysts, the catalyst performance can be surface-featured, which is conductive to the selection of catalyst solutions.
